Go at your own pace. There is no “right” pace. If you feel overwhelmed, take a break. If you feel triggered, take a break. Healing happens on your timeline.
The videos are designed to be done in chronological order. After finishing Part 1, you can take it again as many times as you need before starting Part 2. We suggest doing no more than one Part per week to give yourself time to do the exercises and process the information.
