Meditations
Carve out a cozy, safe space for 20 minutes. This—this class includes gentle stretching, guided meditation, and breathwork. Come in your pajamas or favorite old T-shirt, PJs, or your favorite old t-shirt, and bring your favorite pillow too! You can practice this class from your couch, bed, or yoga mat.
Chill Out
Sleep and Rest
This is designed to help you sleep better at night—guided. Guided visualizations, breathwork, and gentle stretching that you can do right from your bed. Take the class right before bed or hours before to signal your body to transition into a restful state.

Workshops
Have you enjoyed YoJo workshops? Learn allows you to access the entire workshop menu of workshops plus bonus content. Workshops are broken into smaller segments so that you can easily consume them in digestible pieces. Topics range from mindful communication to burnout management to leadership skills and more.
