2023 Employee Mental Health Trends

We’ve barely finished Q1, and already 2023 has seen numerous layoffs, the SVB collapse, and the potential for a recession looming. On top of that, we are reaching the 3-year anniversary of COVID-19 lockdowns. All of this combined with the cumulative stress people have absorbed means mental health needs have really changed and many companies have more conservative budgets for employee experience this year.

In this webinar, the YoJo team will take a deeper look at the care that employees are requesting and ways that companies can fulfill those needs in a cost-effective, meaningful way.

I believe good, honest design can transform your brand - and I absolutely love being part of that transformation. When I'm not working you'll find me on a yoga mat, listening to WNYC, testing out a new recipe, or working on my latest DIY endeavor. People would likely describe me as curious, kind, a bit stubborn, creative, and hard-working. (And I LOVE emojis! 😂 )
