Jessa Messina

YoJo founder Jessa Messina has been leading corporate wellness for the past 6 years for companies including NBC, WeWork, and Urban Outfitters. A certified teacher of Hatha yoga and Kundalini yoga, Jessa focuses on trauma-informed mindfulness practices and has studied with Guru Dharam, Tias Little, Seane Corn and others. She currently resides in Brooklyn with her fiance, two dogs, and three cats, who make frequent cameos on Zoom.

Teresa Jiménez

Teresa Jiménez is a musician and yoga practitioner, and a teacher in both disciplines. Yoga, Ayurveda, and meditation have informed and deepened her singing and songwriting practices, and for her, breath, yoga and music are pillars of self care and community care. Teresa currently resides in the DC area with her husband and two children, the blue heeler mix Tupelo, chihuahua Paolo, and a box turtle named Ophelia.

 

Stretch at Your Desk 

This 20-minute class is designed to solve the pains of the desk jockey through stretching and breathwork you can do at your workstation. You'll leave feeling a little taller, a little calmer, and with greater mental clarity.

Meditate

Carve out a cozy safe space for 20 minutes—this class includes gentle stretching, guided meditation, and breathwork. Come in pjs or your favorite old t-shirt and bring your favorite pillow too! This class can be practiced from your couch, bed, or yoga mat.

Meditate with Music

Stretch, breathe and meditate right where you are. Class ends with a bit of live music to lower your cortisol and deepen the meditative experience.
